Fri, 10 November 2006 On the ferry from Tsawwassen (Vancouver) to Swartz Bay (Victoria) the ship stopped and performed a training exercise to recover a person who fell overboard. The person was really a balloon-like floatation device and the rescue was actually not that exciting. Yet something special happened for me to catch a video.
